The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated QTS English Teacher for a full-time, long-term position at Kingsmead School starting in January.

The Role
As an English Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and challenging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Inspire a love of language and literature in students of all abilities
- Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with the national curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Monitor and support student progress to ensure excellent outcomes
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated English department and wider school team
The Ideal Candidate
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✅ Experience teaching English within a UK secondary school setting
✅ Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English Language and Literature
✅ Excellent classroom management skills
✅ Commitment to raising achievement and supporting student success
✅ Ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
