The Supply Register is proud to be working alongside Mersey View Trust, who are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Teachers across all subjects to teach Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.
This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified and experienced teachers who are passionate about education and committed to supporting students to achieve their full potential.
You could be supporting students across GCSE, A Level and other KS4/KS5 programmes, working within a supportive school environment and making a positive impact on students’ learning and progress.
The Role
As a Teacher working with Mersey View Trust, your responsibilities may include:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons across KS4 and/or KS5

Teaching your specialist subject to a high standard
-
Preparing students for GCSE, A Level and other relevant qualifications
-
Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of individual learners
-
Supporting students with their academic progress and development
-
Assessing and providing constructive feedback on students’ work
-
Maintaining high expectations of behaviour, achievement and engagement
-
Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
-
Supporting students with additional learning needs where required
-
Working collaboratively with colleagues and school staff
-
Following school policies, safeguarding procedures and curriculum requirements

Building positive and professional relationships with students
⭐ Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for enthusiastic, committed and passionate Secondary Teachers across all subjects who can make a positive difference to students studying at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.
We welcome applications from teachers with experience in subjects including:
English

✅ Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
-
Experience teaching at secondary level
-
Experience teaching KS4 and/or KS5 is desirable
-
Strong subject knowledge
-
Excellent classroom management skills
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
A passion for supporting students’ learning and achievement
-
Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
-
Ability to work effectively as part of a school team
-
A good understanding of safeguarding and school procedures
-
A fully enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
DBS REQUIREMENT
A fully enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required for this role. Candidates must be able to provide their DBS details for verification before commencing work.
PAY: £140–£209 PER DAY
Daily rates are dependent on experience, qualifications and suitability for the role.
