The Supply Register is proud to be launching a brand-new partnership with Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (OLAAS CMAC) and is now recruiting dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across Primary Schools within the Trust.

As we prepare for the launch of this exciting partnership, we’re looking to build a talented and compassionate team of SEN Teaching Assistants ready to make a positive difference from September 2026.

The Role

  • Support pupils with SEND on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
  • Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning activities
  • Encourage independence, confidence and engagement
  • Help create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with school staff and external professionals where required
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and support pupil wellbeing at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting children with SEND is required
  • A patient, caring and adaptable approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
