Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools (Leeds)

£90–£120 per day | Immediate Starts | Urgently Hiring

The Supply Register is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in the Leeds area. We have immediate, long‑term, and flexible supply opportunities available.

These roles are ideal for confident, adaptable individuals looking to gain classroom experience and support pupils across a range of subjects.

Role Overview

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Deliver pre‑planned lessons across the curriculum

  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain engagement

  • Ensure pupils remain on task and supported

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

  • Follow safeguarding policies and school procedures

Requirements

  • Experience working with secondary‑aged pupils

  • Confidence leading a classroom independently

  • Strong behaviour management skills

  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities

  • A flexible, professional and proactive approach
