The Supply Register are proud to be in partnership with STEP Academy Trust. We are recruiting for talented and experienced education professionals to work across their primary schools. We are currently looking for compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across the following schools:
- Applegarth Academy (New Addington)
- Beddington Park Academy (Croydon)
- Benedict Academy (Mitcham)
- David Livingstone Academy (Thornton Heath)
- Gonville Academy (Thornton Heath)
- Heathfield Academy (Croydon)
- La Fontaine Academy (Bromley)
- Park Academy (Wimbledon)
- Tudor Academy (New Addington)
- Angel Oak Academy (Peckham)
- Turnham Academy (Brockley)
- Westbridge Academy (Clapham)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
- Support children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs
- Work alongside teachers to deliver tailored learning activities
- Build positive relationships that encourage confidence and independence
- Help create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
Requirements
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN within a UK school setting – essential
- Experience working with pupils with a range of additional needs
- Patient, proactive and caring approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
