School Administrator – Dixons Brooklands Academy

The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with Dixons Brooklands Academy to recruit a professional and organised School Administrator to join their dedicated team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced educational environment and is committed to providing outstanding support to staff, pupils, and visitors.
About the Role
As a School Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external agencies, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the academy’s administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Managing reception duties and welcoming visitors to the academy.
✅ Handling incoming telephone calls, emails, and enquiries professionally.
✅ Maintaining accurate pupil and staff records.
✅ Supporting attendance and admissions processes.
✅ Assisting with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks.
✅ Supporting academy staff with administrative requirements.
✅ Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with academy policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For
⭐ Previous administration experience, ideally within a school or education setting.
⭐ Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
⭐ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
⭐ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
⭐ Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
⭐ A professional, friendly, and approachable manner.
