There are no fees, ongoing charges or annual licensing costs to get on The Supply Register preferred supplier list.

Our technology platform provides compliance visibility e.g. flagging candidates who have reached their qualifying period for Agency Workers Regulations (AWR).
How the supply management process works for agency partners
When you start working with us as part of our preferred agency panel, we’ll want to gain a true understanding of your business, including the depth and range of services you offer.
All partner agencies agree to banded pay and standard charge rates. Unless a client requests otherwise, agencies compete on a level playing field based on performance and staff quality. Learn more about how our partnership works in our FAQs below.
The education establishment release a requirement through tsr365 or by contacting our Partnership Team. The team validates the requisition and manages the process from start-to-finish.
The vacancy is broadcast to all available resources in the fulfilment process, including the school’s own staff bank and the approved PSL of agencies.
The hiring manager reviews the submitted shortlist and approves the most suitable candidate.
Once approved, all compliance documents are uploaded to tsr365 for final sign-off, and the vacancy is ready to begin.
The candidate begins the assignment. On completion, the agency submits a timesheet and The Supply Register issues the self-bill invoice via tsr365.

We operate across England and Wales through dedicated regional Partnership Management teams, covering key areas such as the North West, West Midlands, East Midlands, Yorkshire, South West, and London.
This structure allows us to provide support that’s specifically tailored to the unique needs of each of the multi-academy trusts and college groups that we work with and gives our agency partners an opportunity for growth.
The Supply Register recruit for supply staff for many roles from teachers and lecturers, to teaching assistants and examination invigilators and support staff such as caterers, cleaners and clerical workers.

The Supply Register proudly utilises its in-house built recruitment platform: tsr365, which delivers a streamlined recruitment experience for education providers, candidates and our partnered agencies, while also enhancing the tools our in-house teams rely on every day.
Through tsr365, our agency partners can:
- Upload and manage candidates for school vacancies
- Track and access compliance for candidates assigned to placements
- Submit timesheets directly through the portal for schools to approve
- View cost breakdowns and approved timesheets more clearly
