Our strategic partnership with NASUWT – The Teachers’ Union, makes us their model of choice for over 300,000 of their members seeking supply and permanent education opportunities in the UK.
Having entered into a memorandum of understanding with the NASUWT, we are committed to breaking the cycle where supply staff receive less and schools, colleges, and trusts pay more.
The memorandum of understanding represents a better deal for education providers, including:

- full compliance with all the relevant legislation, including safeguarding checks
- supply teachers provided with ongoing training and CPD opportunities
