What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
- A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
- Ability to create a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment
- A flexible, adaptable approach to different school settings
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply)
Your Role:
- Deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Nurture and support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth
- Maintain a safe, inspiring, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching as necessary
- Collaborate with colleagues to support student achievement
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers to support student development
