Pay: £87 – £92 per day (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging and high-quality lessons

Helping pupils stay focused, motivated and on task throughout the school day

Providing 1:1 or small group support to help pupils achieve their full potential

Promoting a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment

Assisting with classroom setup, resources and day-to-day activities

Reporting any concerns to relevant staff members in line with safeguarding procedures
What We’re Looking For:
-
Experience: Previous experience in a school or similar educational role

DBS: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Commitment: A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
-
Skills: Strong communication, teamwork and organisational abilities
- Level 2 or Level 3 teaching assistant qualification
