Support HubTeaching Assistants – Tamworth
Positions Available: Day-to-day supply, short-term supply, and long-term placements
Pay: £83.34 – £87.34 per day (dependent on experience)

The Supply Register is proud to partner with Landau Forte Charitable Trust to recruit experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistants for their schools in Tamworth. Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and assist with classroom management.
- Help students stay engaged and on task.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to enhance learning and development.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- Assist with general classroom activities and resource preparation.
- Report any concerns to the appropriate staff.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is essential.
- Enhanced DBS Check: Must be registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).
- Passion for Education: A strong commitment to supporting student learning.
- Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
