The Supply Register is delighted to be working in partnership with Pioneer House SEN School in Manchester, a specialist setting dedicated to supporting pupils with a range of additional needs. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate SEN Teacher who is passionate about creating inclusive learning experiences and helping every child achieve their full potential.
The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
- Support pupils with EHCPs and a variety of additional needs
- Foster a safe, structured and inclusive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs and wider support teams
- Track and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where needed
- Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience working with SEN pupils in a school or specialist setting
- Strong behaviour management and classroom skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A patient, resilient and nurturing approach

Requirements
- A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Two professional references covering the last 24 months
- The right to work in the UK
