Looking for a rewarding SEN Teaching Assistant role?

The Supply Register is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Lincolnshire in partnership with the Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust.

We have opportunities available on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term basis across a network of supportive schools.

About the Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll support pupils with additional needs, helping them access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.

Duties may include:

  • 1:1 support for individual pupils
  • Small-group interventions
  • Classroom support
  • Supporting pupils with SEND and EHCPs

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people
  • SEN experience is desirable
  • A patient, caring, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
