Are you a passionate and resilient SEN Teacher ready to make a real impact in the lives of children with complex needs?
The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with Prospect House School, an exceptional specialist provision committed to supporting pupils with a wide range of complex Special Educational Needs (SEN). We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a structured, high-support classroom setting.
About the Role:

Teach a mixed-age class of pupils with significant and diverse needs, including social, emotional and behavioural challenges.

Deliver a creative, differentiated and nurturing curriculum, adapted to meet individual EHCPs and personal development targets.

Work collaboratively with a high staff-to-pupil ratio, including TAs and support staff, to ensure consistency, safety, and emotional regulation for all learners.

Use positive behaviour strategies, clear routines, and structure to manage a class with complex behaviour and learning profiles.

Engage with a multi-disciplinary team including therapists, inclusion leads and senior leadership to provide holistic support.
✅ Ideal Candidate Will Have:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
-
SEN teaching experience (e.g., SEMH, ASD, MLD, PMLD, or complex needs)
-
A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach
-
Experience with behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
-
The ability to differentiate learning across ability and age groups
-
Strong teamwork and communication skills
