We are currently seeking adaptable and passionate Secondary School Supply Staff to join our team for immediate starts across Staffordshire. Whether you are an experienced teacher looking to reduce your workload, an Early Career Teacher (ECT) wanting to gain experience in different settings, or a confident graduate looking to work as a Cover Supervisor, we have opportunities for you.

With a high demand for staff in Burton-on-Trent, Cannock, and Tamworth, you can work as much or as little as you like, in the schools that suit you best.

The Roles Available

  1. Supply Teachers: Delivering pre-set lessons across various subjects (QTS/QTLS required).

  2. Cover Supervisors: Managing classroom behavior and ensuring students stay on task (Ideal for graduates or those with youth work experience).

  3. Specialist Subject Cover: High demand for Maths, Science, English, and PE specialists.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: QTS, QTLS, or a relevant degree for Cover Supervisor roles.

  • Adaptability: The ability to jump into a new classroom environment and build rapport quickly.

  • Reliability: A professional approach and a passion for supporting young people’s education.

  • Compliance: An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
