We’re looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across Leicester, with immediate starts available for both daily supply and long-term roles.

This is a perfect opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced classroom professionals who love working with young people and want flexible, rewarding work.

‍ The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll:

  • Supervise classes during teacher absences

  • Deliver pre-set work and ensure lessons run smoothly

  • Manage classroom behaviour and engage students in learning

  • Build positive relationships with staff and pupils

Start Date:

ASAP – roles available immediately!

 

✅ Requirements:

  • Strong communication and classroom management skills

  • Experience working with young people (preferred)

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • A positive, can-do attitude and enthusiasm for education
