Location: Midlands 

Salary: £40,000 (£60,000 OTE inclucing uncapped commission)

 

The Supply Register is one of the UK’s leading education recruitment managed service providers, partnering with Multi-Academy Trusts, Colleges, and schools to deliver efficient staffing solutions.  

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Executive to help expand our Managed Service offering across Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) and College Groups throughout the UK. 

We are looking for someone who has a proven record of identifying opportunities, building senior stakeholder relationships, and successfullysecuring new business. 

 

The Role: 

Reporting into the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth by proactively engaging with Multi-Academy Trusts across the UK. 

You will be responsible for developing and managing a strong sales pipeline, leading sales conversations, and positioning The Supply Register’s managed service solutions as the partner of choice within the education sector. 

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales who enjoys building long-term partnerships and has a genuine passion for improving outcomes within education. 

As a sales executive, you will work closely with the leadership team to drive strategic growth and expand The Supply Register’s presence across the education sector. 

 

Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively identify, target and secure new managed service opportunities with Multi-Academy Trusts.

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. 

  • Build relationships with key decision-makers including CEOs, CFOs, HR Directors, Procurement leads, and Trust leadership teams. 

  • Conduct discovery meetings, presentations and contract renewal discussions 

  • Support with tender opportunities and proposal creation. 

  • Build effective relationships with existing clients to work towards contract renewals 

  • Work collaboratively with the internal partnership teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new partnerships. 

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting. 

  • Regularly attend industry networking events, conferences and education sector exhibitions. 

  • Continue to stay informed of education sector trends, procurement frameworksand competitor activity. 

  • Visit individual school & college locations throughout the implementation process to fully onboard and engage new partners. 

  • Monitor the delivery and success of new clients in line with The Supply Register’s KPI’s  

 

What we are looking for: 

  • Experience generating new business within the education recruitment sector. 

  • Strong background in sales or business development, within education recruitment or managed services. 

  • A consultative and strategic sales approach. 

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. 

  • A highly self-motivated and target-driven mindset. 

  • A full UK driving license  

  • Willingness to travel across the UK when required.
