The Supply Register is recruiting a Year 5/6 Teacher for a welcoming primary school within one of our partner trusts in Lincolnshire.

This is a full-time position starting in September and would suit a teacher who is passionate about upper Key Stage 2 and preparing pupils for the transition to secondary education.


About the Role

As the Year 5/6 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across the upper KS2 curriculum, supporting pupils’ academic progress while helping them develop confidence, independence, and resilience.

You will join a supportive school environment with strong relationships between staff, pupils, and families.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the Year 5/6 curriculum
  • Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress
  • Create a positive and engaging classroom environment
  • Prepare pupils for the transition into secondary education
  • Maintain strong communication with colleagues and parents

What We’re Looking For

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A positive and adaptable approach
