The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with Kidderminster College to recruit an enthusiastic and committed PMO Lecturer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to support learners in developing a broad range of practical construction skills, helping them gain the knowledge, confidence, and experience needed to progress into apprenticeships, further study, or employment within the construction industry.

About the Role

  • As a PMO Lecturer at Kidderminster College, you will:
  • Deliver engaging and practical lessons across Level 1 and Level 2 construction programmes,
  • Teach a range of vocational subjects including Plumbing, Tiling, Painting and Decorating, Slabbing, Plastering, Roofing, Carpentry, and Brickwork,
  • Plan and prepare learning activities that meet curriculum and awarding body requirements,
  • Support learners in developing practical skills, industry knowledge, and safe working practices,
  • Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement,
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment within workshop and classroom settings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within the construction industry across one or more relevant trades,
  • A broad understanding of construction methods, materials, and health and safety practices,
  • Strong practical, communication, and organisational skills,
  • A passion for supporting and developing learners,
  • A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable,
  • A valid or update-service DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
