Tiger Cubs Day Nursery, part of the Future School Trust, is looking to recruit a dedicated and caring Nursery Assistant to join our early years team in Maidstone. This Nursery Assistant role is ideal for someone passionate about early years education and supporting children’s development.

Please note: this Nursery Assistant role requires a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.

Key Responsibilities – Nursery Assistant:

  • Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment

  • Support children with personal care routines

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education (or equivalent) – essential

  • Previous experience working as a Nursery Assistant or within an early years setting

  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
