The Supply Register are proud to be working in partnership with Coleg Cambria to recruit passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistants.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support students with their learning, development, and wellbeing in a friendly and inclusive college environment. You’ll play a vital role in helping learners overcome barriers, build confidence, and achieve their potential.
What You’ll Be Doing

Providing one-to-one and group support to students across a range of subjects.

Assisting learners with additional needs to fully access and engage with their studies.

Supporting lecturers with lesson delivery and classroom activities.

Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Working collaboratively with staff to promote student achievement and wellbeing.
What We’re Looking For

Experience supporting young people in education, youth work, or a similar setting.
