Contract Type: Full-time & Part-time Opportunities available

Salary: £101 per day

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated higher-level teaching assistant to join Lightcliffe CE Primary School. Lightcliffe CE Primary School is part of Abbey Multi-Academy Trust, a family of schools that are dedicated to making a difference to the lives of all their learners.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students’ learning and development within a vibrant, caring school community. We are seeking both full-time and part-time Higher Level Teaching Assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide classroom support to students across a range of subjects.
  • Lead in teaching students across a variety of subjects in small groups or on a one-to-one basis.
  • Support students with additional needs to access the curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A commitment to helping every student achieve their potential
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to complete one
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience working with young people in an educational setting
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
