About the Role
As a Health & Social Care Lecturer, you will:

Deliver engaging lessons across BTEC and vocational Health & Social Care programmes.

Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with curriculum requirements.

Support learners with both academic progress and personal development.

Ensure all teaching reflects current industry standards and best practice.
What We’re Looking For

A relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, QTLS, or equivalent).

Strong subject knowledge in Health & Social Care.

Experience teaching at FE or HE level, ideally with BTEC delivery experience.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.

A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
