Our client, a successful and growing Multi-Academy Trust, is seeking an ambitious and analytically minded Finance Business Partner to support schools across the South Warwickshire and Leamington region.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, turning complex data into meaningful insights, and influencing strategic decision-making. Working in partnership with school leaders and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting, and performance management across a portfolio of schools.
More than a traditional finance position, this role offers the chance to become a trusted adviser, helping educational leaders make informed decisions that maximise resources and positively impact outcomes for pupils.
The Opportunity
As Finance Business Partner, you will work directly with school leadership teams and senior stakeholders to:
- Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Produce insightful management reports and financial information.
- Create financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and value for money.
- Support business planning and financial performance across multiple schools.
- Contribute to strategic projects, organisational growth initiatives, and continuous improvement programmes.
- Influence decision-making at both school and Trust level through robust financial analysis and expert advice.

About You
We are keen to hear from candidates who enjoy using data to solve problems, influence decisions, and drive performance.
You will ideally have:
- Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and a strong aptitude for data analysis.
- Experience producing budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and management information.
- The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience building strong stakeholder relationships and providing business partnering support.
- A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and adding value.

Experience of Power BI, Power Query, or similar data visualisation and reporting tools would be advantageous.
