The Supply Register is working in partnership with The Grange Academy to recruit a passionate and committed English Teacher for a temporary teaching position.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to join a supportive secondary school and deliver high-quality English Language and Literature lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will play a key role in inspiring pupils to develop confidence, creativity, and strong analytical skills.
✨ The Role

Deliver engaging and effective English lessons in line with the National Curriculum

Teach English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Support pupils’ academic progress and love of reading and writing

Work collaboratively with the English department and wider school staff
Requirements
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Proven ability to teach English at KS3 and KS4

Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management

Commitment to raising attainment and supporting pupil achievement
