Cover Teachers Needed in Telford
Pay: £90 – £100 per day (dependent on experience)

We are proud to be working with Community Academies Trust to recruit reliable and enthusiastic Cover Teachers for schools in Telford. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in the classroom and gain flexible, rewarding experience in a variety of local schools.
About the Role:
As a Cover Teacher, you will:

Supervise whole classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain focused and engaged with set work

Maintain a positive, orderly classroom environment

Support students with lesson content as needed, ensuring that learning objectives are met

Manage classroom behaviour confidently in line with school policies

Communicate any concerns to the appropriate school staff
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational or youth-based setting

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Confidence and adaptability to teach a range of subjects and work in various school environments

A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine passion for supporting student learning

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
