Support HubCover Supervisor – Tamworth
Position: Long-term, short-term, and day-to-day roles available
Pay: £85 – £100 per day (dependent on experience)
The Supply Register is proud to partner with Landau Forte Charitable Trust to recruit enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors for flexible opportunities across their schools in Tamworth. Whether you’re looking for long-term placements, short-term cover, or day-to-day work, we have roles to suit your availability. This is an excellent opportunity if you would like to gain more experience in the classroom or if you’re considering a career in teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher.
- Ensure students remain on task and complete set work.
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
- Provide support to students, answering questions where needed.
- Report any issues or concerns to school staff.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom experience.
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- Adaptability and confidence to work in different classroom settings.
- A positive and proactive approach to supporting students’ learning.
