Cover Supervisors Required – September Start!
The Supply Register is the official and exclusive staffing partner for The Two Counties Trust, a well-regarded multi-academy trust with a network of secondary schools across Nottingham and Derby. We are actively recruiting confident, professional, and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our bank of staff, with placements beginning this September!
We are looking for Cover Supervisors to work in our partner schools on either a short-term or long-term basis:

Friesland School (NG10)

Wilsthorpe School (NG10)

The Manor Academy (NG19)

Selston High School (NG16)
-
Ashfield School (NG17)
Looking for flexibility? We also have excellent opportunities for day-to-day supply work.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Supervise Classes: Oversee lessons across various subjects and year groups (Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4).

Deliver Pre-Prepared Work: Ensure students stay on task and complete the work left by their classroom teacher.

Classroom Management: Effectively manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.

Feedback: Report back to teaching staff on student progress, engagement, and any behavioural incidents.
Requirements:
-
Experience working with young people is highly desirable (e.g., in a school, coaching, youth work, or similar capacity)
-
Strong classroom management skills and the confidence to lead groups of students
-
Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced school environments
-
A proactive, reliable, and professional approach
-
A valid enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
