The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with STEP Academy Trust. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated KS1 Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join Tutor Academy and begin their teaching career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your teaching practice with excellent mentoring, professional development and the support needed to successfully complete your Early Career Framework (ECF).

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire KS1 pupils to achieve their full potential.
  • Plan, prepare and assess learning in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to support learning.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A passion for teaching and supporting children within Key Stage 1.
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Experience with SEN children within the classroom.

Previous experience teaching within a UK primary school setting

Primary Teacher, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Primary Education, Classroom Management, National Curriculum, Lesson Planning, Assessment & Progress Tracking, Differentiated Learning, Behaviour Management, Safeguarding

£129 — £200 per Day
