Role: SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA / LSA)
Pay: £92 – £107 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Day-to-day, Long-term & Permanent opportunities available | Full-time & Part-time

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Support children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and a range of additional learning needs
- Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning activities and interventions
- Build positive relationships that promote confidence, independence and engagement
- Help create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
- Encourage pupils to achieve their individual learning and personal development goals
Requirements
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN within a UK school setting is essential
- Experience working with pupils with a range of additional needs
- A patient, proactive and caring approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children and helping them succeed
