Behaviour Support Worker – Dixons Croxteth Academy (Liverpool)

Do you have the patience, resilience and dedication to support students with behavioural and emotional needs in a school environment?

What Could Your Day Look Like?

  • Supporting students who require additional behavioural support

  • Working one-to-one or in small groups with pupils

  • Promoting positive behaviour and engagement with learning

  • Assisting teachers in managing behaviour within the classroom

  • Helping to create a safe, supportive and inclusive environment

  • Supporting students to develop confidence, resilience and self-regulation

Could This Be You?

  • Experience working with young people with behavioural or additional needs

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Calm, patient and resilient under pressure

  • Ability to support positive behaviour management strategies

  • Passion for helping students achieve their potential
