Teaching Assistant – Litherland High School

Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Litherland High School
Type: Day-to-Day / Supply Register

Litherland High School is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a dynamic secondary school environment. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference while gaining valuable school-based experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils in the classroom, individually or in small groups

  • Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities

  • Maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment

  • Help manage classroom routines and resources

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)

  • Patient, caring, and enthusiastic

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Flexible, reliable, and committed
