1:1 Teaching Assistant – Daresbury School

Daresbury School is seeking a reliable and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our Supply Register. This role provides an excellent opportunity to support a pupil with additional needs, helping them access learning and achieve their full potential in a supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual support to a designated pupil

  • Assist with learning activities and classroom tasks

  • Support the pupil’s social, emotional, and behavioural development

  • Work closely with teachers and other staff to implement learning plans

  • Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive environment

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting

  • Patient, caring, and attentive to individual needs

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Flexible, reliable, and committed
