EYFS Teaching Assistant – Yew Tree Primary (Day-to-Day Cover)

Yew Tree Primary is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistants to join our Supply Register for day-to-day cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children in their early years, helping them develop key skills in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children in the classroom, individually or in small groups

  • Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities

  • Promote a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment

  • Support children’s social, emotional, and early academic development

  • Help prepare resources and assist with day-to-day classroom management

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working with young children (school-based experience preferred)

  • Patient, caring, and enthusiastic

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Reliable, flexible, and committed
