The Role:

  • Provide high-quality classroom cover across various year groups

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain continuity of learning

  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment

  • Support pupils’ engagement and wellbeing

  • Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and routines

‍ The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification)

  • Confident covering different year groups and subjects

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • Flexible, professional, and dependable

  • Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
