The Supply Register is currently seeking qualified Maths Teachers to work across secondary schools within the Wade Deacon Trust, serving communities across Merseyside and Halton. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality maths education while benefiting from flexibility and ongoing professional support.

✨ The Role
Position: Maths Teacher (Supply / Flexible)
Placement: Secondary schools across the Wade Deacon Trust
Contract: Supply basis – part-time or full-time availability
Start Date: As soon as possible (subject to availability)
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

Plan and adapt lessons in line with the National Curriculum

Assess, track, and report on student progress

Create an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Work collaboratively with Maths departments and wider school staff
-
Support pupils’ academic progress and confidence in Mathematics
What We’re Looking For
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
-
Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
-
Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
-
Flexibility and adaptability to work across different school settings
-
Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and student wellbeing
