Teaching Assistants Needed – Birmingham
Pay: £85 – £90 per day (depending on experience)

The Supply Register is excited to recruit enthusiastic and skilled Teaching Assistants for schools in Birmingham. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining effective classroom management.
- Help students stay focused and engaged during lessons, ensuring they complete set work.
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping students develop academically and socially.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere for all learners.
- Help with preparing classroom materials and contributing to the smooth running of daily classroom activities.
- Report any concerns to relevant staff members, ensuring safeguarding and well-being protocols are followed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in a teaching assistant or similar educational role is essential.
- Enhanced DBS: Must be registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).
- Passion for Education: A deep commitment to supporting and inspiring students in their academic journey.
- Strong Communication Skills: Able to engage with students, staff, and parents effectively.
- Organisational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks and working independently when required.
