Pay: £124 – £189 per day (dependent on experience)

The Supply Register is excited to partner with multi-academy trusts across Tamworth to recruit passionate and dedicated Secondary Teachers for a variety of flexible teaching opportunities. We are seeking individuals to cover a range of subjects and year groups, as well as those with subject specialisms, for both short-term and long-term placements.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver lessons across a range of subjects and year groups, or within your subject specialism, to meet curriculum objectives.

Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

Support students with varying levels of ability, ensuring all learners stay engaged and on track.

Provide feedback on student progress and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with staff across the school and multi-academy trust to ensure consistency in teaching standards.

Report any safeguarding or behavioural concerns promptly in line with school policies.
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Secondary Teacher: You must hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or be in the process of obtaining it.

Experience: Previous experience teaching in a secondary school setting is essential, particularly in your subject area (if applying for a subject-specialist role).

Enhanced DBS Check: Must be registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).

Flexibility: Ability to teach across a variety of subjects and year groups (or within your subject specialism, if applicable).

Passion for Education: A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and helping students achieve their full potential.

Communication Skills: Strong ability to connect with students, staff, and parents effectively.
