What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
  • A passion for teaching and helping students succeed
  • Ability to manage a diverse classroom and create an inclusive, positive learning environment
  • A flexible approach to adapting to different school settings
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

Your Role:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons that align with the national curriculum
  • Support children’s development and nurture their growth
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and inspiring classroom environment
  • Assess and track student progress, adapting your approach as needed
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to foster student achievement
  • Communicate with parents and carers to ensure a holistic approach to learning
