Welcome
Dixons Academies Trust is dedicated to transforming education and improving outcomes for children in disadvantaged areas of northern England.
We believe that every child, regardless of background, should have access to an exceptional education. Our mission is to challenge educational and social disadvantage in the North through our high-performing academies that maximise attainment, value diversity, develop character, and build cultural capital. To achieve this mission, we need the right people on our team.
About Dixons Academies Trust
The Dixons Academies Trust network comprises primary, secondary, all-through, and sixth-form schools, with a focus on transforming underperforming academies and establishing new free schools to meet demand.
Balancing alignment with innovation, the trust continues to expand, aiming to grow from 14,000 students in 2022 to at least 20,000 by 2025.
Our mission is to challenge educational and social disadvantage in the North.
Although our academies have the autonomy to choose their own vocabulary and nuance, all of them are built around the same three values that we all share:
- We work hard on the things that matter, with humility.
- We are good and kind.
- We are motivated by mastery, autonomy and purpose.
