Community Academies Trust
Welcome to the Community Academies Trust Supply Service page, where you can find all the information you may need to know about our Trust’s staff bank.

Community Academies Trust works with primary and secondary academies across the West Midlands, where world-class achievement is expected.
Driven by a desire to lead rather than follow, the Trust academies are beacons of outstanding local provision that local families believe in and can rely on for their children’s education excellence.
The name Community Academies Trust (CAT) reflects the organisation’s core focus and ambition—delivering excellent community education. CAT is firmly committed to preserving the unique identity and ethos of each local school. Its approach to school improvement is rooted in strategies that enhance local reputations, raise educational standards, and respond to the needs and aspirations of the communities it serves.
About The Trust
Community Academies Trust currently comprises 17 schools – 14 primary and three secondary – dedicated to delivering exceptional community-based education.
Their mission remains clear as they continue to grow: to provide an outstanding education that preserves each local school’s unique identity and ethos while driving continuous improvement and raising educational standards.
The CAT approach is grounded in the fundamental belief that all young people possess talent and the potential to achieve far beyond what they may have imagined possible.
- Academic:
High academic standards and exceptional progress are considered essential foundations for lifelong success. These outcomes equip young people with the knowledge and skills necessary to become successful, content, and productive members of society. - Social:
Strong and respectful relationships form the basis for all other forms of achievement. Fostering mutual respect among students and all members of the academy communities creates an environment where learning is both enjoyable and disciplined, and where high expectations are consistently upheld. - Personal:
Beyond academic achievement and the formal curriculum, students are encouraged to take pride in personal accomplishments each day. CAT academies play a crucial role in nurturing individual talents and interests while instilling a sense of pride in personal identity and achievements.
