Welcome
Abbey Multi Academy Trust brings together eight primary and secondary academies across Leeds under a shared mission: To work in Partnership to Educate, Nurture, and Empower.
As a Church of England Trust within the Anglican Diocese of Leeds, Abbey Multi Academy Trust is committed to providing an environment where every child can flourish and live ‘life in all its fullness’ (John 10:10).
The Trust’s academies are dedicated to delivering an excellent education for every child, with students, staff, and communities at the heart of everything they do. By joining their staff bank, you’ll join an organisation that values collaboration, high aspirations, and continuous professional development.
About Abbey Multi Academy Trust
Since its establishment in 2014, Abbey Multi Academy Trust has grown into a flourishing organisation, serving thousands of students and employing a dedicated team of professionals.
The Trust champions a partnership approach, empowering each school to retain its unique identity while working collectively towards a common vision of excellence and opportunity for all.
Working in partnership to educate, nurture and empower. Abbey MAT is committed to providing high-quality education for all within an environment which is welcoming, disciplined and purposeful. Through a range of opportunities, including academic, cultural and spiritual, our pupils and colleagues are empowered and nurtured to flourish and live ‘life in all its fullness’ (John 10:10).
In Partnership
- Community: We recognise the importance of building positive relationships within and beyond our school communities. We encourage our pupils and colleagues to serve others.
to Educate
- Wisdom: We foster a love of learning and create opportunities for developing wisdom, knowledge and skills through a rich and diverse curriculum.
- Perseverance: We create a safe environment which enables our pupils and colleagues to persevere in order to reach their full potential.
Nurture
- Respect: We respect the inherent worth of every individual and value their uniqueness.
- Dignity: In recognising that we are all equally loved and cherished in the eyes of God, we treat everyone with dignity and as having equal value and worth.
and Empower
- Service: Our communities nurture pupils and colleagues who serve others and in doing so, make a difference in school and wider society.
- Hope: We have high hopes for all of our pupils and colleagues and encourage them to be the best version of themselves.
