This is a fantastic opportunity to support students with their learning, development, and wellbeing in a friendly and inclusive college environment. You’ll play a vital role in helping learners overcome barriers, build confidence, and achieve their potential.
What You’ll Be Doing

Providing support for individual students and small groups across a range of subjects.

Supporting learners with additional needs to access and engage fully in their studies.

Assisting lecturers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.

Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Working collaboratively with staff to raise achievement and promote student wellbeing.
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience supporting young people in education, youth work, or a similar role.

A positive, patient, and flexible approach.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
