About the Trust
OAK Multi Academy Trust is a partnership of schools across Leicestershire and Leicester City, working together through a collaborative model that allows each school to retain its individuality while benefiting from shared expertise and support.
There is no single “lead” school within the Trust. Instead, OAK operates through a system of aligned autonomy, where schools work collectively within a shared framework to improve outcomes for all pupils.
Across the Trust, we are committed to delivering an inspirational education that enables all learners to achieve their full potential as both learners and citizens.
Together we grow great schools
Our vision reflects our belief in the power of collaboration and shared purpose.
We aim to ensure that all pupils:
- Experience an education that helps them flourish and succeed
- Develop a love of learning and intellectual curiosity
- Build confidence in their place within a global society
- Achieve strong academic outcomes and personal development
- Are supported to become ambitious, thoughtful and responsible citizens
Education within OAK is about more than results. It is about preparing young people for life beyond school, ensuring they leave with the knowledge, skills and character to succeed in their next steps.
Opportunity | Achievement | Kindness
These three values guide everything we do across the Trust.
Opportunity
We ensure every child has access to a broad and enriching curriculum that opens doors for their future.
Achievement
We encourage ambition and high expectations, supporting pupils to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Kindness
We foster respectful, supportive and inclusive school communities where everyone feels valued.
Together, these values underpin our shared commitment to improving life chances for all pupils.
