Leigh Academies Trust is one of the UK’s largest and most established multi-academy trusts, serving communities across Kent, Medway and South East London.
Since our formation in 2008, we have grown to 30 academies – including primary, secondary, special, all-through and grammar schools – educating more than 20,000 children and young people from 2 months to 19 years of age.
Our mission is simple: to provide education for a better world.

Leigh Academies Trust is a non-profit charitable organisation based in Strood, Medway.
Our purpose is to support schools in building on their strengths while driving rapid and sustainable educational transformation.
With significant experience in running schools, our Trust today brings together both sponsored academies and those that have chosen to convert, united by a shared commitment to delivering outstanding education for every learner.
