Welcome to the Two Counties Trust Supply Service page where you can find all the information you may need to know about our trust’s staff bank.

Two Counties Trust moved to a staff bank model in January 2021 so that we can directly engage with supply teachers and support staff that wish to work at our schools. This service is in partnership with The Supply Register.

If you would like to join the Two Counties Trust staff bank team with The Supply Register, you can enjoy the following benefits:

The Two Counties Trust is a family of academies with a shared ethos, common values and collective goals. The Trust has a clear mission which is to transform the lives of children and young people and to release their potential through excellent education and the opportunity to acquire new skills. All schools within the Trust are united in their vision to rapidly improve the learning experience of their students and raise the aspirations of the local communities which they serve.

About​ Two Counties Trust

The Two Counties Trust is a high-performing Multi-Academy Trust established in April 2016. We consist of like-minded schools that share a passion for working in partnership in order to improve the quality of provision and outcomes for all our learners through focussing on school improvement.

All schools within the Trust welcome the opportunity to be an equal and valued partner and see their success as being measured in the achievement of their own targets and in the achievements of the Trust as a whole. We are committed to enabling each individual school to flourish with a high degree of autonomy whilst at the same time providing a culture of collaboration and mutual support.

Where our staff bank is unable to meet all of our cover requirements, we work with a preferred supplier list (PSL) of agencies to meet our day-to-day, short and long term cover needs.
