Temporary School Administrator – Immediate Start
Location: Leamington Spa
⏳ Duration: ASAP – Easter
⏰ Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: Competitive
We are seeking an experienced School Administrator to join a welcoming school in Leamington Spa on a temporary basis. This role is immediate start and will run until Easter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the school office
- Handling enquiries from parents, staff, and external stakeholders
- Managing attendance records and updating databases
- Assisting with school communications, emails, and correspondence
- Supporting the wider team with general office duties
Requirements:
✔ Previous experience in a school administration role
✔ Knowledge of SIMS (School Information Management System) is desirable
✔ Strong organisational and communication skills
✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
✔ Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
