The Supply Register are working in partnership with University of Cambridge Primary School to create a bank of Teaching Assistants for the school. These roles could be ad hoc day to day supply cover, short term sick cover or longer-term roles.
We are looking for passionate Teaching Assistants who are passionate about working with children and to make a difference within the classroom.

The successful candidate will need to:
- Have or happy to obtain a DBS on the update service and completed safeguarding training within the last year.
- Be kind and have courage.
- Be able to adapt the role to a changing educational landscape and to support staff through this.
- Be hard working.
- Have high personal expectations and dedication to achieve the best with the children you teach and support.
- Interest and positive attitude to support class teachers in delivering planned activities as well as in managing groups of children.
- You have good Literacy and Numeracy skills, able to support children in reading, writing and maths.
- Talk about education and our values, giving examples how they live these in their own lives and contexts
- Ability to work collaboratively with all members of the community.
