We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our supply team. Working through our reputable supply agency, you’ll have the opportunity to gain experience across a range of schools, supporting children with their learning and development in an inclusive, dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Teachers in delivering engaging lessons, ensuring all pupils have the resources and assistance they need to succeed.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, helping them with their academic work, social development, and emotional well-being.
- Assist with classroom management, creating a positive and structured learning environment.
- Adapt to different classroom settings and age groups, offering support in Primary or Secondary schools as required.
- Help with administrative tasks, including preparing materials and marking work.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a related role.
- A genuine passion for supporting young learners and contributing to their personal and academic growth.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different schools and age groups.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
