About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you’ll step in to deliver engaging lessons, maintain a positive classroom environment, and ensure that learning continues seamlessly in the absence of the regular class teacher. Whether you’re newly qualified, an experienced educator, or returning to teaching, this role offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real impact on students’ learning.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and 5, if applicable).

Manage the classroom effectively, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.

Follow school policies and maintain high standards of behaviour and achievement.

Adapt quickly to different school settings and subjects as needed.

Communicate effectively with students and staff.
About You:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience teaching in a secondary school environment.

Strong classroom management and organisational skills.

Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different school cultures and routines.

A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
