Support HubCover Supervisors – Flexible Opportunities in Cannock and Surrounding Areas
Pay: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience)

Are you confident in leading a classroom and passionate about supporting young people? Whether you’re an experienced educator or someone looking to gain valuable experience within a school environment, this is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career.
We’ve partnered with Multi-Academy Trusts to recruit Cover Supervisors for schools across Cannock and the surrounding areas. If you have experience in education, sports coaching, youth work, or a related field—and you’re enthusiastic about helping students succeed—we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students stay on task.

Create a calm, respectful, and productive learning environment.

Support students with lesson materials and address any queries.

Manage classroom behaviour effectively, adhering to school policies.

Report any concerns or incidents to the appropriate school staff.

Promote an inclusive, engaging, and safe learning experience.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with young people, preferably in a school or similar setting.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in behaviour management and maintaining pupil engagement.

Flexible and adaptable approach across different year groups and subjects.

Positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to contribute to school life.
